  I bought a snow wolf apple grape ice 6000 puffs and it doesn’t work the next day in the morning, never going again 40$ vape for 10-30 rips you got to be kidding me that is such a scam they must be buying very cheap products I do not recommend this place at all, also it was my first time ever going there so mad

  Friendly and helpful staff. And while the selection for vapes wasn''t extremely extensive they did have some really interesting mods and tanks I had to seen anywhere else.

  The girl that helped me with my vape was very kind. I had my vape for 2 days and when it died and needed to be charged it wouldn’t work. I tried everything so I called the store before I went and asked if I could get the same one. The guy told me no that they don’t do that there. That he’s had a lot of people that’s happened to but they don’t do returns or exchanges. I paid $30 for 2 day use. I asked to speak to a manager and he said “he’s just gonna tell you the same thing”. I don’t think I’ll be going back. I’m really disappointed
  
  Reply: yes I did try it there and it worked. How am I supposed to know it didn’t charge? 2 days is not acceptable for a rechargeable vape. I have never had a problem before and they last me at least a month. Vape City has never given me problems. I didn’t see a sign or wasn’t told it was final sale. Please don’t respond again if you’re not going to fix my issue

  The entire experience was great. The girls were so welcoming and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend visiting this location!
