Great staff that genuinely knows their products. I look forward to visiting when Dez is there, she is energetic and ready to help you choose something that best fits your needs. One of the best shops in the valley!

Keep puffing always has such great hospitality. When you walk in your welcomed with music playing and a new incense burning almost every time. Dez provided a great experience. Very attentive to what i was looking for and helpful/patient when it came to price checks. Enjoyed this shop experience very much !

I went in with a specific product in mind and it was out of stock. Dez was able to recommend me something similar to what I asked for and honestly I love the product… maybe even more then what I went in for. She even went out of her way to contact me when they had the product I wanted back in stock. GREAT service !

Great store, got great prices and plenty of variety to select from. Also a very helpful staff, Frank helped me out with awesome customer service. Will definitely be going back !

Stopped by here on my way to work for a new nic. They had a bunch of brands and flavors. The employee frank helped me out and made my experience enjoyable. It felt like they really cared for me as a customer , and weren’t just trying to make a quick buck off me. 10/10 will be coming back again.
