Zero stars if I could. Liars and thieves. So disappointed by customer service. Don’t buy unless you want to leave with a burnt, malfunctioning, unsafe product with no way to return or exchange it. There’s better shops in the immediate area that won’t leave you feeling robbed.

Go to spot for anything smoke related. Staff delivers excellent customer service on every visit. Nilu is very knowledgeable with all their inventory, including the many flavors and styles of nicotine vapes they offer.
