Best head shop in RVA. Not a basic vape shop that''s selling the same low quality products I know you''re all familiar with. This is an actual Head Shop for all, with wonderful glass pipes, jewelry and accessories for all your heady needs. The staff is great. Especially Billy. He''s dreamy 😉 🤣
They also have cigars. I don''t know anything about them. Surely, they''re excellent if that''s your thing. -
John’s customer service is fantastic. Helped me find the product I needed and explained it thoroughly. This is the most aesthetically pleasing store in Richmond. Best products, best employees. I highly recommend.

This was my first visit here and I was helped by the most amazing, nicest, knowledgeable employee I could ask for. Trevis is a very valuable human being that made the overall experience way better than I anticipated. Capitol Smoke did a GREAT job hiring him.

I came in to just look around for a minute, as I recently had a great experience in their NC store, but I ended up staying for over an hour because the selection and service was so good. The glassware is amazing and worth seeing alone! The staff was so personable, knowledgeable, and just a delight to interact with! The illuminated light saber glass piece they had was soooooooooo cool!
