I don’t think they meant to but one of the dispos they sold me was just empty, the tamper proof sticker was still on but the cart just had nothing.
I don’t think it’s their fault probably a bad supplier
The other one I got was full tho and not bad for 45$ for 2g cart -
It''s close by me. And it''s not crowded.

This establishment sold me a cracked bong with a dead fly inside it. They would not honor a refund either. Beware when buying from here.
