One bad experience can cost a business a customer when employees are nonchalant about an issue and simply state, "I understand, but there''s nothing I can do," without even trying to do anything. I know the true value of my money and shall only spend it with businesses that appreciate me as a customer. I guess this shop hasn''t heard that DC has lots of options! I''ll guess I will exercise some of the options.

My go-to smoke shop. They have a wide selection of things so will most likely have whatever you need. The staff are friendly and helpful. They will make suggestions of an alternative if for some reason they don’t have what you want.

William is the BEST employee and had the best suggestions. I tried a couple new items and fell in love with each one. I will be coming back, when William is on the clock, to pick up more and hopefully get a few new suggestions, I can hardly wait! Thank you for having an amazing selection and variety of cones, papers, etc!

What an absolutely lovely store! They have various smoking odds and ends such as pipes, papers, and the like but they also have rare and eclectic food like Japanese sodas and foreign kit Kat bars with flavors I''d never heard of. I had the pleasure of speaking with one of the owners, William, who was very courteous and knowledgeable about their products. All together a welcome addition to the neighborhood!
Staff is excellent. They are always super friendly.
