Bought filters here cause my spot was out...charged twice as much and filters were all bad..rip off!!!

Had trouble with the shipping, basically it got lost . They contacted me they reply, fast compare to other company or whatnot. solve my problem ASAP.. they replace it with another one & im really happy with my new piece!!
