“manager” Eric was unprofessionally rude, and overcharged me for two flavored cones, so I called to ask what the price difference was and he got a whole attitude after assuming I wanted a refund, but I was asking a question. I had to go over the DOWNTOWN Smoke Shop where Heaven corrected my purchase, after realizing I was overcharged by an extra 5$ and help me get my money worth, so appreciative of her. definitely not getting anymore supplies there. I understand I can’t get a refund, it’s stated on the sign and I can read Eric.

Friendly small town shop.
Has large variety of cigars,lighters,cutters.
Helpful and friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Small place to sit back and enjoy a smoke with friends. Limited parking as with all uptown Park Ridge stores.

I picked up this Fuente. It’s a pretty classic smoke. They carry a few other classics. Like Olivia V, but nothing too fancy. I think it’s the only place in town with the humidor. So I’m definitely grateful.
