Terrible service really bad quality! They dont sell much so what they sell is old and dry dont recommend this place. Amanda has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER service !

Had an amazing experience here Amanda was the most kind person and willing to help and recommend what’s only the best I highly recommend this place and Amanda has the best customer service there is!! She was the sweetest person ever

This business lacks accountability. As well as taking constructive criticism. My review has been removed since expressing my experience shopping here. Place is great but terrible costumer service. I was helped out by Elijah. Not only was he rude and had an attitude. He had guests in the back and was more concerned tending to the people in the back room. Rather than tending to the real customers.

Went in looking for something to roll up with… but the guy was not friendly at all.
Very rude demeanor. Im not sure what his problem was. I asked him a simple question about the raw black cones and he would just give me attitude and basically not even answer. Then I asked if he had any Cbd wraps he could recommend and he just said no in a rude tone. Would not recommend this smoke shop for your smoking needs.
Went in looking for something to smoke with and the young lady in the front counter was really rude. I believe management should work on her customer service training. Amanda is has by far the worst customer service in this location.
