This is my go to spot. All employees are knowledgable, helpful and nice. Eric went above and beyond last time I was there. Excellent customer service. Thank you to all at this location !

Best smoke shop in Miami. Amazing customer service. Crystal the store manager goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your products. She is very detailed oriented and is such a sweet and nice person. If I could give 20 stars I would. They also have the best prices. Thank you World of Smoke & Vape for having people like Crystal working for you.

Everyone at World of Smoke & Vape is always very welcoming , but Charlie is hands down the nicest and most helpful. He always has a smile on his face and is more than willing to help. He recommends great products and is always very friendly. Great place, even better employee!
