I was sold expired CBD, when I took back to get store credit. I was refused. He took the CBD said he was "the manager " said he''d give me 50% off another $100 bottle. Zero Customer service
I''ve been there twice sine I''ve been in town and spent $100 each time...was going to purchase furniture from here.After today''s treatment and experience. NO THANK YOU

Absolutely love the cleanliness, organization, and helpfulness of the clientele I highly recommend this place for any of your headshop, out of the normal decor, and honestly they have amazing prices on bedding, desks, and wall posters. This place blew my mind. I even found some juggalo stuff. Highly recommend if your just browsing for crazy stuff.

I love the environment of this store! The staff are always very friendly and helpful! They talk to you instead of just ignoring you while you shop and always ask if you need help finding anything. I completely recommend coming to Lancaster waterbeds n stuff!

I pop in here once or twice a month just to see what''s new and say hi... Always met with kindness and an eagerness to help (but never in a pushy way) I absolutely love seeing the people there and enjoy the products they have!

I go in this store every week and the employees are just fantastic, they’re incredibly generous and knowledgeable I love it! 10/10 would recommend.
