The staff that I interacted with by far was helpful and friendly l. Chandler there was outgoing and interactive got a new vape I haven''t tried and absolutely loved it. He was above and beyond -
Amazing shop just so inconsistent with employees! Only stopped by the first time because they were open late, worst customer service I''ve ever had in a smoke shop. There was literally no one in there but the employee behind the counter and I''m assuming his friend, which made the experience terrible. We''re asking for wraps and his friend continued to interrupt until I said something. BUT stopped by again last night since they have a variety of Hemp wraps and had such great service. Didn''t ask for the employees name but please give him recognition, glasses worked the night of July 8. Hire more people like him you need it!! Could be such a dope shop if they hire the right people.
