It’s a fine shop just never open till 10 or open at 10 like posted the hours are basically made up

Bought a flower vape and the first time I used it I was burned on my lips. I took it in with the receipt and explained what had happened and the owner did not care one bit that I was injured. He showed zero concern about me being burned. He refused to return it and told me to contact the warehouse in Cincinnati where he got it from. The conversation got heated from there and he ended up cussing me out.

Amazing workers and environment but never open when they say they are. Sometimes I come and they’re open at 11 instead of 10, and sometimes even 12. I think this business could build a more solid foundation if they posted the correct open times. I’ve sat here for almost an hour past 10 am and watched many people try to come in.
