  Not the friendliest staff. I have gone twice and given an attitude for asking if they carried a product. The manager guy with glasses can''t carry a friendly convo past 5 seconds and seems annoyed to have customers. Won''t ever shop there again, not that I purchased. I''d give zero if I could.
  
  Edit: I''m not in the business of contacting stores to curate reviews. I write the review as to the experience I had. The two times I asked about a product I was told "we have something that is the best so I don''t care about what you''re asking about". It''s no wonder I was told that some companies don''t like to send parts, if the staff talks to customers as if they know better than I wouldn''t ship stuff either. Again I''m not calling or contacting you in order to provide a favorable review prior to posting one. If you have several negative reviews, have customer service meeting with your staff about being friendly don''t ask people to contact you to preserve a better rating.

  Love this place. Amazing selection of glassware. Super knowledgeable staff. Always find something fun and unique when I’m here. I even won a water pipe in a raffle. Highly recommend this spot.
