Very unprofessional, constant hand written notes on the door saying "be back soon" and then rarely is anyone back in a timely manner. If management can''t afford to pay enough workers to keep theyre store open during the posted hours of operation, then maybe they shouldn''t have a business in the first place

This is my favorite smoke shop around, it''s 20 mins from my house. There are several other closer options but I choose Uncle Stus in Cary because of the exceptional customer service and selection. I also enjoy the art. 🙌😻

Asked for several different spearmints none of which were in stock been going there once a week and Everytime they have no spearmint or just mint should get more in stock no sense of urgency either I''ll just keep going to Elgin don''t know why I tried with this place

Their customer service is top-notch, and their staff is more than willing to go the distance to make sure you know all about the product you''re purchasing. If you''re new to kratom or extracts of any kind, don''t hesitate to stop in and get your questions answered- this is the place to go! Uncle Stu''s shop is open and welcoming- it truly puts a person at ease and feeling welcomed!
