  Went in to buy a vape there were 2 choices I got the $98 dollar one I asked him 2 or 3 times everything included I guess he didn''t comprehend he said yes I bought it opened it up 2 batteries needed $15 a piece I call him I tell him it needs batteries he says not included I go back in I tell him you tapped that credit card I''m gonna need a cash refund so then I could buy the cheaper one he goes I can''t do that and I''m like I guess you didn''t understand IS EVERYTHING INCLUDED so now I''m waiting for my credit card to give me a refund so I can go to another vape shop hopefully they understand is everything included will never shop here again.... He didn''t even acknowledge that he messed up, or seem to care, apologize what is wrong with people these days??

  This is a little rip off tobacco store. Their prices are almost double what some others are. I''ve been charged more for the same item each time. I won''t go back and recommend going to Rio Smoke Shop. Much better selection and pricing

  Very happy with my visit. Got the glass piece and grinder I wanted and the rep even showed me a new kind of bowl. I didn''t hesitate to buy. I will stop in again if I am in the area.

  It has a wonderful collection of pipes, hookahs, e-liquid, and tobacco products. This smoke shop has wonderful customer service. I will be frequenting this specific store for all my hookah and pipe needs from now on. No doubt!!
