  I use to be an employee there. I usually worked Friday nights and Saturday / Sunday mornings. I take them days off so my husband and I can move. I get ahold of Sam to find out what time he wants me there. He tells me he got transferred to another store in North Carolina and today i go in to meet this new manager and had to give him the keys . Tried to call Alex the main boss to find out what’s up. Of course no return call . Just don’t get it!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

  Summary: okay flower, not worth the rude woman at the front and condescending comments and tone, she was extremely rude, agitated and angry at something.
  I asked her if something was wrong, that she seemed agitated and bothered about something and if she wanted to talk but she said " No I''m fine", with a crinkle nose and condescending tone.. She was not interested in helping me find what I needed, instead she''s said" what do you want"?. she was condescending. I was on edge of having a panic attack due to her negative behavior, almost leaving but, I purchased somethig in the bag without a Ziploc, I didn''t notice it had a zipper walk until I opened it. I went back to the store not 5 minutes later and calmly explained that I didn''t know there was no way to reseal it, it smelled and I needed to get back to work . In a mean tone, she said ''well that''s not our problem" No matter how good the hemp is, I will not return. I requested a bag or something to keep it from smelling. I ended up paying $1.06 just for a tiny bag. 99¢ for the bag, 3% charge to run my card AGAIN.
  This woman needs to either go to therapy, anger management, learn to meditate on "goose fra ba" or be fired.

  I shop here frequently, today the associate was rude and didn''t want my Cash because it had a rip. I usually use card but mine was stolen and I''m waiting for my replacement. If my CASH ISNT GOOD ENOUGH then I won''t shop here when my card is back. It''s a shame because the owner has always been gracious and pleasant. The associate stated her boss would get on her for a tear in the cash... I doubt that

  The owner here Alex is the best . He is always nice and friendly. He has very good prices and big selection of tobacco products.
