Purchased a glass pipe and found it had a crack on the underside when I got home. Returned to the store asap and the sales associate told me they had a No Return policy on glass and that I would have to speak to the owner tomorrow. Spoke to the owner the next day and she was unwilling to make an exception even when I asked about an exchange so that a store credit would be an option. I let her know that I could no longer frequent her store and it didn''t make any difference! #nevergoingback #tabaccorowsucks

Stopped in for a few things before going camping, employee working at the time was super helpful and friendly.

Do not buy their pen batteries. Mine broke after a couple hours. No refund or return.
Then the guy proceeded to blame me for breaking it when it was clearly a faulty product.
