Excellent shop! I stopped in today for the first time and now I know why this smoke shop gets such good reviews. Customer service is really important to me and great customer service is what I got at Tobacco Express Smokeshop. Mitchell helped me out and was so helpful and friendly. I was also impressed by the large selection of quality products they carry. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

Tobacco Express is the one stop shop for all your smoking needs. The staff is super personable and I am greeted by name each time I enter! The prices are some of the best in Rochester and each product I’ve purchased has been quality. I’ve been going here since they opened and refuse to go anywhere else! I highly recommend checking it out!

Very good prices (best I''ve seen in this town), & the service can''t be beat.

The young man who works there is an Angel--truly NICE guy, who purposely adds positive energy, Love, & Light to this world. A True Heart, & a ray of sunshine & joy.
The kind of person who restores my faith in humanity. 💗

The owner is really nice, & friendly, & polite, too. ♥️

They will both take their time to explain things, & help you with whatever you need.
