Fantastic prices, lowest around. Impeccable inventory. I don''t think I''ve ever bought a defective ecig. Massive selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff with a relaxed and clean atmosphere. They also have a lovely selection of pipes, water pipes, and hookahs. Some are custom jobs, one of a kind.

First time visiting the store. I was happily greeted by Omar who gave me his full attention and new exactly what I was looking for. Not only did he have the brand I use, he gave me a free item to try. The prices are great and I will definitely be coming back for all my vaping needs.

Great location and a very clean and well stocked establishment. Have visited several times now. A big thank you to Omar, he has always provided great customer service with a great attitude and very knowledgeable for first time customers or anyon e needing advice or recommendations on the products. This has quickly become my go to shop, highly recommended.

The worst customer service! Bought a torch lighter 8 hrs ago, I flicked it and it didn''t work, associate finally got it, so I just went with it, instead of exchanging for another one. Lighter never worked again!
I went up there less than 12 hrs later and the rude associate said they wouldn''t replace it, it didn''t matter we were prior customers. She was rude and ridiculous.
Extremely poor customer service over a $8 lighter! Never will return! Don''t go there!
