I love this store. The cashier''s are very friendly. I always feel welcome. The manager is very friendly and professional.

What a terrible experience. My husband and 18 year old son went into the store. Both were carded (which I understand). My husband regularly purchases bulk high end cigars. He wanted to try a few singles to see if he wanted to purchase them in bulk. The sales person refused to sell my 42 year old husband cigars because my son was with him. Huge loss for this business because of an ignorant sales women.

There was only one cashier but she got through the long line quickly and was very friendly. They had the product I came in for which hasn''t been easy to find lately. The store was clean and everything was easy to locate.

Love this store it the best tobacco connection there is cleanest, and best appealing on the eyes staff has been the same people for a while so it like visiting a friend
