  Aside from being OVERPRICED. I always tip a couple, few, several dollars. Not today when I went in.. Customer service is streaky here. Riverwalk Vapors on the southside of town is much much better.

  This place is unique, they have a lot more than tobacco supplies. They have a huge variety of incense...nag Champa varieties. Plus a ton of other brands. It''s definitely more than just a smoke shop!

  While I’ve had my differences with the store, overall the products are quality and the employees are quick to react to customer feedback. I was very impressed with one worker (Freddy) in particular. However I can name a few quality employees that are there to help
  you have a good experience.

  Was sold a new mod by one of their employees as I was looking to replace my old one. Showed the employee my old one, explaining i wanted to keep using my existing tank and batteries. They sold me one they were sure was compatible. IT WAS NOT! I tried to return it the next business day without ever fully opening the packaging and they refused. I am definitely no longer a returning customer! Customer service not what i was expecting!

  I''ve got to say, this place is easily the worst "smoke shop" I''ve ever walked into. Each employee seems to have the personality of a dead fish, none. I''ve said it once, and I''ll say it again, it seems like the place that you should be able to walk into and have a good laugh and maybe get something that adds enjoyment to your smoking experience. The lack of knowledge that most of them have on their own products they carry is comedic. And, the glass products they carry, all fugazi and over priced. "We just got a new order of bangers in, let''s take a look.", as he pulls out a tray of distorted bangers that a clearly poorly made. Putting a little bit of money into the shop and carry REAL AMERICAN BLOWN GLASS shouldn''t be that hard to understand.
  
  This shop hasn''t gotten better in the last 3 years we''ve gone there. Unfortunately they are the only shop in town so if you need anything, you put up with their striking personalities and overpriced everything or just get it next time you go out of town.
