  Great customer service experience. Salesperson lined up all of the products in stock of what I wanted and helped me pick the best made one and that seemed like above and beyond service for an ash catcher. Well apportioned store. Will be back again when I need whatever specific doodad I''m craving/a box of glob mops. I like how its laid out. It''s big but sectioned off as to not be overwhelming.

  I travel all over the Western United States and I visit many smoke shops. Best place to get vapes and other products sold at these businesses. The Hot Box is one of the best places I visited across the West Coast. Very clean store with everything you can think of and amazing customer service! Big shout out to their employee Blake! This guy went the extra mile to get me what I needed at the price I wanted to pay! They have an amazing team. You can tell they genuinely love their job! Next time I''m in that area I WILL be stopping here again! Thanks again for your help Blake It was much appreciated. 🙂👍📈

  Very cool place. Has a price point for every budget. I saw Glass pieces as high as $3000. Very cool glass art. Lots to see and window shop. More than pipes, dab rigs, and bongs here. They have shirts, hats, big kid toys & gizmos and gadgets

  I love coming here to stock up on incense for my nightly "comfort" routine. The crew members here are very down to earth and knowledgeable. Curious of what they sell? Pretty neat gag gifts, stellar apparel, amazing "glass art" (If you know what I mean), and even taffy. Be forewarned - you must be a certain age to enter (with ID).
