  Employees at this shop have been nothing but kind and helpful throughout the years. Watch out for fake reviews now that their competitor has it out for them, and support this local business. The Cov loves The Glass Monkey and we won''t let the new shop bully them out of business.

  This is one of the best shops I’ve ever been to with a caring and professional staff. I always feel safe (which isn’t always the case at some smoke shops) and it’s a welcoming environment. I always feel comfortable asking questions and every purchase I’ve made has been exactly what I’ve wanted. Glass Monkey isn’t just a store, it’s a community. Unlike most smoke shops that move in and close within 6 months or less, this place is a staple of Covington and it will be around for years to come I hope.

  I thought I really liked this store until I went in there one day with an expensive autographed poster. No other customers were in the store. I put my stuff down and next thing I know the poster disappeared and then I was told I must have lost it. They stole from me then gaslighted me about it.

  This place is awesome! They have great prices and the customer service is amazing. I was visiting town and I made a $10 purchase but had a small issue with a defective product. I called and explained everything and they offered me several options to remedy the situation. I left a very happy customer and this will be my go-to place when I''m in the Covington area!
