Went there last night and was able to cop two things I never seen before, and the customer service was A1, 10 out 10 recommend this place if your an night owl

This place is awesome. The vibe is very nice and the entire staff staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Today a man with a beard helped me out and it’s the first time I see him and he gave absolutely great service. Truly a 5/5 star shop.

I arrived 6 minutes before closing on a Friday (August 5th, 2023) and they already had the store locked and inaccessible. I was outside and waiting for the employee to open the door since the whole room was bright, but during the last few minutes, the main lights were turned off, indicating that they didn''t care that I was there anyways. If your sign says open until 2 a.m., then please make it so it is. I get it being closed, say 2 minutes before, but it''s not like this is a restaurant or food shop that has to be tidied and cleaned for another 30 minutes after closing. All you do is finalize the money count and turn off the lights, so you can at least enforce that the sign says.
This lounge was so much fun! My friends and I stopped in just to make a purchase and we ended up staying for 2 hours. Amazing customer service - the owner was so welcoming. He offered us the house special & it was so delicious - if you like banana, definitely get the special!
