Always friendly and provides excellent customer service. Clear and nicely stock with basic items.

On multiple occasions, I''ve arrived to this location, and the doors were locked with a hand written sign stating they would be back in 10 minutes. After waiting on average of 30 minutes, I will no longer shop at Southside Tobacco.

tbh i really love this store!. they have the best customer service very friendly, cheap prices. nice atmosphere with good music in the background. it was great

It''s convenient for the community needs to fix parking place very ruff holes, & needs a little more space, friendly atmosphere, clean instead of parking in front of Old Whitted School building now occupied with some tenants just to run in the store to avoid rocks & nails in your tires the parking is bad needs to be seriously improved asap.
