Till recently would always give it 5 stars. Customer service used to be exceptional. Price gouging items over retail is not something most consumers are going to appreciate.

Cool place! Staff is friendly, prices were good in the past, and I guess somethings are still fairly priced. In the past I bought a necter collector in a little travel case with a torch and silicon container, bought 2 in the past one broke and the other is just kind of old now lol so I went and bought I new one and it was $45. was a bit shocking since the first 2 I bought I paid 15 each for, quite the price jump. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the glass work is very nice.

Went in to grab a quick attachment to my rig, ended up being to big was no issues. Dude in there i forgot his name was completely customer first gave let me get the right attachments which was 2 pieces and still only charged 5$ for all that. Very professional, very nice, high reccomend.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They take the time to listen to your needs and set you up with the right gear; not throw the first thing at you that comes to mind. First experience was so great I''ve been back several times and have never been disappointed!
Sax is a wonderful employee. Very helpful and friendly. Not pushy or uncomfortable. Really enjoyed my experience with him. I told him everything I was looking for, what I was able to spend, and he did wonderful with every accommodation! He helped me pick out two great pieces for a loved ones birthday. My loved one loves the two gifts! Thank you Sax for your help and kindness!!
