never heard of a store that doesn’t give prices over the phone. You think people call your location because it’s their local shop? Locals will just walk in. People drive past 10 smoke shops to go to one that suits their needs. I can’t imagine how much business y’all have lost from google via phone calls

If I could give a zero, I would. Staff was extremely rude. It''s not that serious of a job to be so bad with basic customer service.

I would go to 3D smoke on Matlock. It''s maybe 5 min down the road and will have such a good experience!

I am very impressed with this place. Not for the selection or varieties offered, not even for the prices. This google review is based solely on the employee that works there.

I walked in 1 minute AFTER they closed and the people working were super cool and let me purchase my item.

I paid with my Debit card and the lady verified the name on my debit card matched the name on my DL.

I am very impressed. I appreciate that customer service. 100% 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
