The guy that is behind the desk is super nice. Every time I come in he always has a smile on his face. It''s all about customer service for me, and walking out happy. I don''t want to buy something and feel like I regret buying from nasty attitude. New management definitely knows how to pick their employees a lot better than the last guys that was there. 10/10 for me definitely recommend.

Trying to charge $500 for a carta v2 when they are on the manufacturers website for $350. Total joke. I feel bad for the kid working because he''s definitely trying... but cmon. That''s literally price gouging at its core.

I love walking into smokerz everyone there is friendly and treats us like family. I really appreciated the employee Ihab excellent worker and always helps me find what I need I actually learned of smokerz from him always posting there deals and specials online and on social media. Best place to get all of your smoke supply

The staff at this location seem much better than the location on Ford Rd in Dearborn (across from Ford-Wyoming Drive-In). This location actually seems to have employees who have customer service skills. Product select is alright, took down a star due to being referred to the Ford Rd location too often for product availability.
