  I understand what u saying so if that''s the case put an Employee that knows the products you sell and tell her just if she don''t know what a lava is to Recommend something else to the customer 👈👈👈👈
  Not just say she don''t know and turn around on a customer and ignore them 💯💯
  You don''t make money that way because of the Attitude we went to the next smoke shop and spent over $300.00 and got alot of stuff because they treated us like humans they had great customer service 💯💯
  I wint disrespect and put the other smoke shop name up ...but thank u anyway 🙏💯

  I''ve been shopping here for approximately 4yrs and I''m always treated well. The staff is super friendly and the rolling tobacco and tubes are cheaper than most other stores. They are typically open later then most other tobacco stores as well.

  Always friendly, Always helpful. Good prices n store is kept well organized and clean. Ruby does a GREAT job keeping things going and my hope is that her Owner/Management values the dedication this women has for that shop. (I am personally not a friend of hers or any of the other employee''s there but they all make you feel as though you are).
