My partner went into this shop while waiting on an order from Enzo. At checkout the card reader asked for a tip, which she declined. The cashier, seeing that she had declined to leave a tip, tapped the tip jar on the desk.
An incredibly uncomfortable interaction: We both tip when needed, even if we depend on tips ourselves to get by. Quite honestly, this doesn’t seem like an appropriate environment for tips.
We won’t be back to this store. Being pressured to tip is not okay. If employees are that desperate for tips then the pay must be horrible, which is also not okay.
The cloud 9 down the road is much better and the staff help without expecting extra. -
first of all it’s so cute in there like they did a great job with the decor and design. secondly the staff was so nice and sweet! greeted me and made conversation as soon as i walked in! their items are every affordable and nice. definitely my new go to spot!!

My new favorite smoke shop! Jaylen was great he walked me through everything I was unsure of and was very patient. 10/10 will be back again!

Homer gave me AWESOME service! Answered all of my questions and was super friendly. Great selection of disposable vapes, CBD, water pipes, hookah, shisha, smoking accessories and fair prices.
Percy made this experience amazing! He was very knowledgeable on the products and very kind and polite. Definitely will be back because of him!
