    Been here twice one, the owner was working and did not know what the most sold coil in vaping was for a vape tank. Went back again in a pinch and the person did not know what another common piece to a water pipe was. The person was nice but I don''t think anyone really knows what is going on other than selling disposables.

    Let me just say if you’re looking for it they will most likely have 🎯💯 Plenty of Mods Tanks and juices for your E-Cigs well stocked shelves and friendly staff. I tried them once and will be back for sure as I couldn’t find my coils I was looking for and they had them and even ordered me more!! That’s customer service 😁

    Jade that works there is awesome!! Such a sweet positive vibe to be around & she turned me on to a vape that lasts me over 2 weeks. She is absolutely amazing!!

    I visited this shop for the first time today and both esco bars I brought were burnt. I tested one in the store and there was no flavor and a weird aftertaste . I told the person there and she didn’t do anything so I was just like okay. I ended up buying the bigger esco bar and trying to at home and same thing. No smell, no flavor and a burnt aftertaste. I called to see what their refund policy was and was told you have to be a member at the time of purchase to get a refund. This was never told to me while I was there. $40 literally down the drain.

    Tried to place an order for a replacement part. After finding they ordered the incorrect piece by accident, I had what I thought was a perfectly fine conversation asking if they could still order the correct one.

    I called two weeks later and the same woman I spoke with told me that I was rude and that she didn''t place the order like she had said.

    I was taken aback, since I didn''t intend to be rude and don''t think I came across that way. Regardless, instead of confronting me in the store at the time, she did not place the order like she told me.

    When I heard this, I apologized and remained polite, although I wasn''t sure exactly what for, but the woman continued to be hostile and shook off my questions about what I did or said and whether or not I could speak with someone else.

    This was only one employee that I interacted with, and found her incredibly unprofessional. She wasted weeks of my time where I was under the assumption they were ordering a part, but this employee was secretly holding a grudge over something I didn''t even know happened? I''m confused but this place doesn''t deserve your business
