Owner showed me an array of selections for a specified salt Nic vape and then was sold, unbeknownst to me, a vape that only handles concentrate. I was told it cannot be returned despite it being his fault. I’m out $70 and am livid. Go elsewhere, this guy clearly doesn’t know anything about vaping

BEWARE! IM the idiot because 3 times i went in not only did they refuse to exchange but would not even apologize for selling me faulty products. If you have to get something from these crooks make sure it works or they will NOT refund or exchange anything!

Very polite and courteous service. Good variety and a lot of options, reasonable prices actually some really great deals. My go to store in the area.
I been this store year ago, now under new management. Experience employees they give best deal in Chicago I suggest to smoke lover visit this please you will satisfy sure!
