  Exactly why I only go to MY smoke shop (previously reviewed)
  
  I was on my way home from grocery shopping and thought to make a stop on the way. The guy working (Hispanic male), first of all was on his phone with airpods in his ears. He refused to let me choose which pack I specifically wanted. Telling me "They are all the same" . ANYONE who smokes grabba leaves knows - THIS IS FALSE.
  
  1. I have been smoking for over a decade, I know what I LIKE.
  2. If a customer wants a different pack of the same product same price, WHAT IS IT TO YOU??
  
  CLEARLY, from the reviews, these people are "you get what we give" so just remember that.
  
  But if you go to my previous reviews, the smoke shop in the 99cent store parking lot on Tropicana and Eastern will MAKE SURE you are satisfied and alwaysreturn.
  
  This place is complete 🚮 🗑

  I walked in when a lady asked the guy about flavors and he was speaking to the young lady like he didn’t want to help. I was next and I walked out. If that’s the kind of treatment you get when you go there I want no parts of it. It’s a thousand smoke shops and customers service is priority! Good luck when you step foot in there.

  Went here in the morning and the owner was very rude! It doesn’t cost a penny to treat people nice! You are in a customer service business. He said he’s been there 20 yrs and it shows! He hate it there and it shows lol He was very very rude! The store is old and out dated, little to choose from and prices are high! I wouldn’t go back to that hole in the wall if he paid me!

  Just went in here. We wanted to purchase a glass piece and few other things. The owner/manager, Mr. Singh, rushed us out of the store because "we were taking so long" first of all, we hadn''t been in there more than ten minutes. Second, we were looking for a piece to buy. You need time to look. Then we got our other items. Right as we were about to check out, he told us to basically get out if we aren''t going to buy anything....we are going to buy a few things, sir. We have money. Just because we are POC, doesn''t mean we all steal or poor..... Or are mean. And I know that''s why...because you were rude to other POC man but nice to the white man during our visit. I felt really hurt and attacked for just going to look in the store....I just want to go outside and not be attacked for the color of my or my partner''s skin. Caution if you want to go to their store.

  Trash. They knowingly sold me the wrong tank for my vape (I later found out it didn’t support the watt amount my mod has- had I turned it up to 100 the glass would’ve blown) and refused to return or give me store credit. The owner, manager, whatever he was (some old Indian dude) literally said if we were nice to him, he’d make a deal with us. We were nothing but polite until he started saying it was my vape’s fault and they wouldn’t be at liability for selling me the wrong thing and being completely aware of it. He continued to tell my husband and I that he wouldn’t help us because he “didn’t want to” and was INCREDIBLY rude and disrespectful. Don’t waste your money on any of the trash this sad little shop sells.
