So disappointed with smoke n brew… went in today to get a disposable and the guy repeated to me multiple times that I needed to try to the product in house otherwise i wouldn’t get a refund once I left the building if the product is faulty. I don’t understand how you’re supposed to know if a product is faulty off of one hit. Which is exactly what happened.. got home and the product died and not it won’t recharge. Therefore I have a whole new product that won’t work and basically just threw $50 in the drain. This is so upsetting because I come here all the time for reliability and they let me down and they don’t even allow you the opportunity to be compensated for it.

Was amazed by the selection they had. Needed 3 things that are not easy to find. Hannah was super helpful finding all three. She was very knowledgeable on her products. They had some pretty cool nostalgic items and decor. I didn’t check out the coffees and drinks. Will be back to do so 100%.
