I’ve been a regular customer here for a while now, as I live nearby and they conveniently carry my specific vape coil. I give 4 stars because normally my experience is fine/normal, but my most recent has left a bad taste in my mouth two days later. When I said “hi” upon walking in the door, the guy behind the counter mocked my “hi” back to me - I guess it came out a little high pitched and therefore, annoying. I ignored it. He then proceeded to scoff at my two selections - i had to pry as to why he was laughing at me, and ended up swapping one of them out for something he recommended instead (a product i’m convinced is the same thing). The transaction was completed and I’m perfectly happy with my products, but I felt minimized and demeaned as soon as I walked in. It’s not fair to speculate why, but I have my assumptions.

Very nice and well mannered. Very informative on what kind of vape i would be looking for based on my past smoke history. Took a walk around and everything seemed of good quality

I went yesterday around 5:30pm to buy a vape and barely used it, in the night it wasn’t working anymore. Today I went to exchange it and was told they don’t exchange. So basically your gonna buy empty vapes and not be able to get a refund or exchange.
