1. I was accidentally sold nicotine salt instead of regular. Went back to exchange it, and they didn’t accept it. Actually came back in less than a week and the associate didn''t bother to expect the item to see if it was good for an exchange. I feel like they should''ve held themselves accountable for the mistake.
2. Ejuice in this shop is about $8-$10 overpriced.
3. They don’t accept apple play. It''s smoke shop, that caters to smokers - people sometimes forget their wallets and most time have their phones.
4. The associate isn’t knowledgeable. The moment the associate told me that they could google what I am looking for made me lose trust in their knowledge of all things vape.

Horrible customer service by the female cashier. She was very rude and nasty when I wanted different cigars. The owner was understanding but wasn’t there. So the cashier had the ultimate say. I bought a Cohiba Black spent about $70 total and she was super rude. Next time I will take my money somewhere else and u should too.
After frequenting multiple establishments from Columbia to Baltimore, I have found none as honest, endearing, and professional as Smoke District. I have been attempting to find a very specific type of shisha for some time and the owner was able to provide me with the exact product I wanted and made recommendations for alternate products. There was no upselling or pushing, but he did make a recommendation for a brand and flavor that has ruined all other flavors for me (in the best way!). I haven’t experienced customer service or knowledge from any business since my home shop Telfords, back in California. I will be frequenting this spot and only this spot for years to come.
