I stopped in 10/21/2023 for a Breeze Menthol pro. Got on the road and opened up. Vape is defective. No taste and almost burnt flavor.
Not worth the time to go back after reading other reviews. I did try and call. No answer. Go figure. Buyer beware.

Patrick was awesome. Great customer service, very quick and kind easy going personality. You don’t find a lot of people with manners and respect and he represented himself so well. I can’t wait to come back

I got a vape mod from this store, it was misfiring, I didn’t go back right away because i was busy and have other vape mods, but then stopped working after 10 days, i went back to get help or exchange it. The sales person just said they couldn’t do anything with it. And go through the warranty process which is a pain to do. So i just went to a different vape shop and bought a new one. Anyway even though I wasn’t sure about their return policy, i just felt like I’VE BEEN SOLD A BROKEN ITEM AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO HELP ME. i have been buying everything from them and supporting them for 5 years. That ends today, they just lost a loyal customer.
