Smoke shop looks organized nice and workers seem friendly, but customer service is horrible. I was charged $18 for a tiny torch that stopped working within 24 hours, and I was also charged $18 for an item that was labeled to be $10. I tried to return the $18 torch and was refunded with a bad attitude from the employee and a candle instead of my full refund. Initially the employee tried to convince me just to get another item at a “discounted rate” which I found to be ridiculous; asking me to buy more items after you sold me a broken item? Prices are made on the fly at the register- there are hardly any real set prices and if there are they may change at any moment (just like the $10 item I was charged $18 for). I would recommend if you go here to not go here for anything but cheaper smaller items, or just go somewhere else to avoid the snarky rude attitude of the employees.
