The store was clean, organized, and had everything I was looking for. Not to mention, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Royal smokes continues to be one of my favorite stores!

Was greeted with great energy as I walked in. The lady at the counter was very attentive. She knew off rip I like cigars and she pointed to where they are and the selection blew my mind. Great quality selections for days. My new spot.

So for starters I’ve been here twice and the 510 batteries I’ve bought from here both are dead and no longer work my ooze pen was fake checked it on the website that last me 2 weeks and won’t charge. Gave you guys a second chance and bought another 510 battery from you this time a yocan lux and within two days it isn’t working. This is a problem and needs fixed.
