Just got a 2500 Escobar that lasted 3 hours before it died. They won’t exchange or refund and can only offer a 5% discount. I will not be a return customer. J & JR Smoke shop gives me two days with a receipt if it’s faulty and I’ve never had a faulty one before. So not cool. Waste of $22.

The dark haired kid with the neck piece is friendly. He needs to be mored educated on the products. He could sell alot more if he knew more. Prices are a bit disappointing, i got to my car & ordered the same nectar collector for half the price,free shipping.
