  This place is great, they have great customer service, reasonable prices, & the girls there working are so very sweet, and always smiling! I highly recommend this place! 😊

  Great experiences every time I’ve been here.
  The staff’s great, very friendly and able to answer the questions I’ve had about different products. For vaping they carry a decent selection of juice as well. Found my new favorite flavor there and they’ve carried all of my favorite cigarettes including a couple I haven’t seen at the local gas stations in quite a while.
  I’d give this place a 6/5 stars if I could, especially for the staff and they service they provide.

  I have been coming to the store for as long as I can remember and I’ve almost always had a positive experience. Unfortunately though today when I went in to return some thing that did not work and exchange it for a different product I was told no I couldn’t which I excepted that the policy is the policy but I was also talk to you in a way that was very unprofessional. Three managers had to come down to the store just to tell me that they have never seen me before even though I showed them several products that I have bought in here and they continued to tell me that they didn’t know who I was and that they have never seen me. I then said maybe I should just go to the other store and I was so yeah maybe you should. I’ve spent a lot of money in the store I support local businesses and I felt like I was being attacked by not one person but three and they were very rude!!!! I think the owner needs to have a talk with his employees on how they address the customers especially loyal ones that support their business. From now on I will just go online or go to Valpo because I will not be treated the way I was treated. I was even told by these people that decided to come down even though they weren’t working that they were watching me on the camera like I was doing something wrong, it’s ridiculous it’s unprofessional and I’m very offended and disgusted by this place !
