Owner needs to retrain the employees in their customer service skills. This is the second time my boyfriend has went and the guy behind the counter is rude and has no knowledge of the products in the store. What’s the point of working at a smoke shop if you don’t know anything. His attitude is gross and made him feel like a burden because he wanted to watch his phone the whole time. The selection of items is decent. But overall will not come back.

One of the best smoke shops in town! Please change nothing, I love your guy''s hours too, most smoke shops close around 8pm, you guys might be 1 of a very few amount that stay open that late. The shorter, African American gentlemen with the hat has treated me with nothing but respect for the last couple of years. When I walk in, he knows what I want and will help me out real quick while customers browse. I sometimes go on my lunch break and time is limited, so I appreciate how he does that. This gentlemen deserves a raise!

The sales guy was very helpful and knew what he was talking about with the vapes and good customer service
