The Owner is so rude and don’t need to run a business or anything to do with customer service
The prices are very high compared to couple smoke shops not too far from it
Don’t get fool by those positive feedback they’re just family members check the names
And PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND CHECK THE TOTAL THE OWNER ALWAYS BE SLICK AND CHANGE THE PRICE AT THE CHECKOUT ALWAYS ADD COUPLE DOLLARS SPECIALLY IF YOU PAY BY CARD HE HATE IT HE ONLY WANTS CASH

Been going here for the last , I think 3 years. Never a problem. Ever. They are all kind and ALWAYS have what I''m looking for!

It''s a family owned business the owner was rude and on top of that he wouldn''t give me my change. Terrible experience -10%

A family run store, very nice but the father was Very Rude. I was short one cent and he denied me. End up finding a penny outside literally just to get a cigar….

The best smoke shop in Williamsburg va , the price is Cheap the owner is family store is the good place to shop if you need anything go to the owner or ask anybody in the shop he told you was the best for you
