Staff was very pleasant and willing to answer all of my questions. Located right off of Crater Road, it is conveniently located where people can stop as often as they choose, as well as being open 7 days a week. I will definitely be back to Neo Tobacco and Vape.

Best tobacco store in Petersburg,VA. My best friend took me here and "T" I believe may be the owner was genuinely kind and generous.

We have been smoking fumes for a while, I had 0 issues with the employees, he was cool and helpful. He warned us about fake fumes, we opened these in the store, states they tasted different, color and box were different. Went out the the vehicle, saw our original vapes were the light green, the new fumes were darker in color. I’ve takes a picture to show the color difference, to show they were the same item one has the manufacturer name (real) the other does not. I showed them both to the gentleman in the store, this place will not refund for the product we were given.
