Alexis was absolutely excellent with customer service. Being from out of town, the hospitality and drive to please was exceptional. Will definitely come back and recommend this location

The lady over the phone doesn’t even know what
Salt Nic juice head juice is. I called about cartridges once she had no idea. Today 6/16 at 8pm I called asking if they had JUICE HEAD SALT NIC and she had no idea what Salt Nic was hung up on me after me repeating it 25x definitely bad for business.

Always great customer service and very knowledgeable. Very patient as well, I’ve seen some rude and aggressive people come in, the girls always handle it well. They also have fun pop ups and are honest with there own preferences so we can make the best choices for our smoking needs. Def coming back always, and tell everyone I know to check it out as well.
