Their return/exchange policy is trash. I got a replacement for a defective vape, and the replacement was defective as well. They offered 10% off on next purchase, as an alternative for giving me 2 defective items. What?
I just drove down the street to Vape City, both items I got are working perfectly fine. Definitely not going back to Mesa Smoke Shop, despite being a long time costumer. Terrible customer service. -
