Bad customer service, I understand times are difficult but wow.
Purchased two Cloud Bars, one of them did not work at all and they claimed they could do nothing about it! I recommend heading over to Jakes Smoke Shop! The boss man will always take care of you no matter what even if he isn’t in the store! -

The guy behind the desk was talking to someone else the hole time I was there and was talking about weed and how his job sucks and was not personable or commented on my question or remark to his conversation.
Always has staff with good vibes. Also close to everything else like 99 cent or dollar store forgot which. Great lil store .
