Went in here looking for a new battery as I was having a "low ohm''s" reading (found out new coils were sub ohm), the woman was nice and tried to be helpful.
Issue was the unit she suggested does NOT come with one, you have to buy it separately and they had none in stock! REALLY?!?!?
Ended up buying a kit, (SMOK $50), battery and 2 disposable tanks. Can''t try them until you have juice in them.
Got home, filled them and one works, one reads low ohm''s.
Went back a couple days later and was told by the guy "sometimes you get a bad one".
I asked if he would replace the defective one? He said he wouldn''t but would sell me a 3 pack of replacement cartridges for $22 but since I paid cash, he''d give it to me for $20.
At the price I paid for the kit, not what I would call customer service. -
I went in a couple weeks ago. The guy behind the counter was very professional and answered all my questions. He did ask for my I''d and a quick mask pull down literally down up no stopping lol. We were across the room from each other an no other customers. I walked out a happy customer! I definitely will be going back here! Thank you guys

The guy behind the counter asked me to take my mask off to ID me. During a pandemic when masks are required everywhere. I said I wasn’t comfortable with that and tried to show him other cards with my name on it and he was extremely rude and aggressive and said I had to take my mask off. Sorry but I won’t break the law or my sanitary environment over some glass cleaner. Thankfully the smoke shop next store, Amazing Intimate & Smokes had everything we needed, did not ask us to break the law, and were extremely kind and helpful..!! Head next door and you won’t be disappointed.

Guy behind the counter is super helpful when setting you up with a new rig or any questions you have hes very knowledgable as well. You won''t be disappointed. Of course you can get stuff cheaper on line but you know what you are getting when going there. Great place

Great selection, prices are fairly over the market price so that''s a let down. For the past few months each vape I bought here died only 2 hours later after purchase with barely any use of it on my end. They also don''t tell you each sale is finale. Avoid this place.
