This smoke shop is terrible. I bought a vape, and it didn’t work when I opened it. The vape store said they can’t do anything about it. I called multiple times and they hung up on me multiple times. Terrible customer service.

They sell defected products. The rechargeable vape did not work after 2 days and they were unwilling to refund or exchange it.

The customer service and product selection is remarkable! The staff is so helpful and kind, specifically Angel, who I always have the most positive encounters with! 10/10 recommend
